Cannon has certainly been a program that has produced some incredible talent and is continuing its winning ways. When diving into the roster, you can see that there is plenty of talent to find with that roster. One player that we wanted to spotlight and who deserves more attention is 2024 Lili Booker. We had a chance to watch her last year and she certainly grabbed our attention as she had a solid sophomore campaign averaging 13.5ppg, 2.6rpg, 3.3apg, and 3.9spg.
Lady Phenom had the chance to watch her in action again, and once again, was impressed. She is having another great season as a junior, averaging 14.1ppg, 2.1rpg, 2.3apg, and 2.2spg. When we watch her game, she continues to show just how crafty and effective she can be on the court. Booker does a great job in being able to create off the bounce, finding ways to score but also making high IQ decisions in finding her teammates. She also has a smooth release, can score from multiple levels, and she brings consistency to the court. And defensively, she can just be a pest and such a competitor against opponents.
