Phenom: How has the season overall been going for you and your team in your eyes?
Bethea: It has been going great for me and the team. I’m averaging around 24pts and 15rebs but I feel like we can make it to state this year.
Phenom: What has your mindset been this season in being such a dominant player on the court?
Bethea: Just going harder than I was last year because I didn’t feel like I was good enough last year and I’m trying to win a state championship with my team.
Phenom: How do you think you have improved as a player this season?
Bethea: By attacking the basket a lot and shooting the ball more.
Phenom: How would you best describe your game?
Bethea: I can dribble, I can also shoot, and I’m very good at blocking shots.
Phenom: What is going on recruiting-wise for you?
Bethea: I have an offer from East Georgia State and I have talked to Vincennes University and North West Florida.
Phenom: Nice! What did East Georgia have to say?
Bethea: They offered me and they said they like what he sees in me.
