Phenom Hoops doesn’t just shed light on the top players in the state but we want to provide a platform for ALL players. The class of 2022 is still fully loaded with talent and there are plenty of guards that are having a strong high school season that you may want to check out. Here are just a few players that are having a terrific season for their team.

Trevor Button

2022 Trevor Button (Emerson Waldorf)

Button has been putting on a show this season in Chapel Hill, as the senior prospect has been posting some incredible stats this season. Button is averaging 32.1 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 2.9 steals per game. He really showed his capability this summer at the Rise Showcase, where he showed his ability to be a multi-level scorer, knock down tough shots, create for himself, and his athleticism. Button has continued to show that this season.

2022 Spencer Hairston (Dudley)

We told you about Hairston this summer when we watched him; he can absolutely fill it up on the court and Phenom mentioned that he should bring the same production this high school season at Dudley.  Well, he is doing just that, as Hairston is averaging 21.1 points per game, knocking down 71 threes, shooting 46 percent from the floor and 40 percent from three.
