Phenom Hoops was on deck Wednesday night for an intriguing matchup between Miller School vs. Hargrave Military Academy Varsity, as we had an offensive show in this one. Hargrave came out strong early on to take a 21-16 lead. It was a balanced attack from them with six different players scoring early on. But Miller School showcased their depth early as well, nicely working inside and out early on. The offense picked up even more in the second quarter, with teams trading baskets and the lead for much of the quarter. Hargrave went in with the one-point halftime lead 46-45. 2023 Kam Roberts made several strong plays and finishes for Hargrave, while it was the duo of 2023 Jordan Horne and 2022 Jacob Rice making plays for Miller.
