Each and every time Phenom Hoop Report gets to report or sees a commitment from a player we have seen over the years, it is always a fantastic day. It is great to see players achieve their goal to play at the next level and it is such a great accomplishment for that player.
Here is the latest commitment.

Player: Jaden Bradley
Class: 2022
Committed to: Alabama
What Alabama getting in Bradley:
I’m not going to be shy about Bradley and with his game. We have said it on multiple occasions before and will continue to do so. Bradley checks off a lot of boxes with his game and size as a point guard. He is a proven winner and has done that everywhere he has gone. Ranked as one of the top guards in the country and at his position, Bradley plays with incredible awareness and speed on the floor. He has that natural ability to be a playmaker in pushing the ball in transition, can take it himself and score, but also has that natural ability to find his teammates. He makes it look so effortless on the court at times, which is why his nickname is “Silk.” What I also like about his game is that he has shown he can be THE GUY when he was at Cannon but also you can place talent around him and he can showcase his point guard instincts and get others involved. A proven winner and the future looks to be bright for him.
What Was Said by Phenom Hoops:
“It isn’t hard to see why Bradley is considered one of the, if not the, top point guard in the country. What is so intriguing to watch with Bradley is his understanding of the game at a young age. He goes by the nickname “Silk,” which is a good way to describe his game; silky smooth. Quietly, Bradley just makes so many positive plays with the ball in his hands. He understands and sees the floor incredibly well, having no issue in finding his teammates open but also having that mindset to go get a bucket when needed. He lets his game speak for him and trust us, it was quite impressive.”
“For one thing, it was great to have Bradley back home in the area, as we certainly have missed seeing him in person on the court. He had a tremendous season at IMG and continues to be regarded as one of the top point guards in the country. But, to be honest… this weekend, it gave us a chance to remember his dominance on the court once again, giving us a chance to see what we saw a lot at Cannon when he took over a game. His awareness and speed in the open floor are unfair and NBA-like. Add that on top of his offensive ability to get downhill, his body control, and ability to get the ball on the rim and simply be a playmaker on the court, it was electric to watch. It certainly brought back good memories of watching Bradley around North Carolina and he continues to show why he is regarded as the top point guard for his class.”
“6’2 Jaden Bradley of Team CP3 17U was perhaps the most impressive player in the gym. Sometimes when players come in with so much hype, they tend to disappoint but he was the complete opposite. His unique combination of IQ and skill allowed him to be unstoppable. He showcased his abilities to not only score from everywhere on the floor but to also run a team and create for his teammates at will. He has fantastic ball skills in which he utilized along with his quickness and change of speed that made him a matchup nightmare. It’s not often that you label an athlete as a pro in high school but it is almost hard not to when you watch him play. He has all the physical tools accompanied by a high-level skill set that will easily translate to the next level. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see him playing professionally in the next few years.”
