6’5 2024 Jamal Brown (1 of 1 Elite 2024/Word of God)

Jamal is most certainly one of the most athletically imposing prospects in this event. In 2019, I first heard of Brown after making waves as a high-flying middle schooler with incredibly advanced size. A walking 20+ point performer amongst his age group, Brown elevates above the rim with ease and has the length to truly disturb defensively. Hard to imagine many scenarios where this 2024 doesn’t become one of the more touted prospects in the state.

5’10 2023 DJ Barksdale (Upward 3SSB 16U/York Prep)

Since watching 2023 DJ Barksdale for the first time The lead guard has crafted his handle into what now looks elite. His move to York Prep puts him in a position to truly show his skillset and thrive as a multi-dimensional lead guard. Solid body with a crafty handle, uses that skill to get to the rim and finish.

6’6 2023 Arden Conyers (Upward Stars 3SSB 16U/Westwood)

Arden is a player that immediately jumps out given his exceptional length on the wing. His ability to move given his length is already a trait I know entices coaches. Conyers is a fairly fluid prospect with tremendous low-post prowess for a wing. One of the highest upsides on a roster full of size and talent.

6’2 2023 Grayson Kirk (York County Legends/Lancaster)

Grayson has been on my radar for over a year no, proving himself as a productive lead guard that can produce off the bounce. Kirk is really beginning to settle into his game as a prospect with 2 remaining high school seasons. Impressive facilitator that fits passes through narrow windows. Solid frame that can get to the rim.
