6’0 2022 Jacob Adams (Vaughan Panthers 17U)

In my short time watching Adams, his playmaking ability really made me tuned in to his game. Despite Adams being undersized, his floor general presence was felt throughout the entire game as he was really good at finding guys in transition, as well as in the half-court. He was also great at finishing through contact as his sturdy frame allowed him to finish over taller defenders. I believe many college coaches will enjoy his floor general presence this weekend as he continues to make his teammates better.

6’10 2022 Lawrence Bartee (Next Level SC)

Over the almost 2 years I have seen Lawrence’s game, he has taken a huge leap as he has become more explosive, quicker on his feet, and developed a softer touch around the rim. What Bartee does for this Next Level team is pivotal as he is a lengthy defensive anchor that disrupts everything that comes his way. Moreover, he has a great frame that can easily be developed at the next level, which will be a big part of his future development. College coaches should be on the lookout for this kid all weekend given his size and ability.

6’0 2022 Syncere Lynch (Hoopstate Select 17U)

Watching Lynch play today really impressed me due to the fact that he was not a finesse prospect. He was really good at doing the things that most guys will not, which is playing hard on both ends at a high motor for a long period of time. His Presence was obviously felt during his team’s game with not only his high defensive motor but his ability to get downhill and find his teammates, as he showcased great vision.

6’9 2020 Jimeion Brown (1carolina)

When I first saw Brown, I immediately noticed how good he was around the rim. With his ability to finesse on the block and create for himself, it draws defenses and opens up room for his team to hit shots. Furthermore, his presence down low is a big part of 1Carolina’s team as he has the ability to gain great positioning when rebounding the ball, which is a skill that not many possess. Moreover, he showed that he could put the ball on the deck some as it makes him a mismatch for bigger defenders down low. Coaches should definitely have their eye on this kid throughout the session as his lengthy frame and polished skill set will stand out.
