2026 Dionte Neal (CSB Elite)Dionte is a PG that can take over the game very easily. Quick and shifty with his handles, it’s hard for opponents to stay in front and keep him from getting to his spots. Controls the game well for such a young guard, rare to see such poise and patience. He made strong moves to the basket, finishing with his footwork and quickness
2025 Derek Ross (NC Wildcats)Derek was the clear leader and floor general of his squad. He made plays for his teammates but really thrived in getting himself downhill and lofting floaters up over defenders. Utilizes both feet and hands for balance and control around the basket, he finished everything
2025 Andreas Kazakos (Pro Skills Cassada)Andreas impressed me with his ability to handle the ball and control the pace of the game. He was constantly changing speeds, tripping up defenders into his back and then bursting forward quickly. Made a lot of smart plays, knew when to pull it out and not force the issue. While being a pass-first PG, he proved capable of getting his own buckets when opportunities presented.
2024 Jamil Jeter (CSB Elite)Jamil was one of the many athletic guards that thrived in the up and down flow of CSB Elite’s game vs Warriors TBT. The lengthy guard acted as the primary ball-handler and was able to get downhill to his spots effectively. The more the game sped up, he only looked more comfortable, attacking defenders and finishing in the lane
2023 Jahreece Lynch (Winston 76ers)You can’t teach athleticism, and Jahreece is simply overflowing with it. Made plays that couldn’t be done by just anyone else. His strong frame pairs well with his natural gifts, allowing him to handle the ball and get downhill to finish with ease at the basket. And of course, Jahreece has crazy bounce throwing down several dunks in transition in the convincing win over Carolina Zoom.
2023 James McCreary (Winston 76ers)Acting as Jahreece’s partner in the backcourt for the 76ers, James brought a lot of energy and competitiveness that showcased his leadership skills for his team. He had his hands on every ball defensively, and proved efficient knocking down shots both inside and out, a natural shot-maker with touch
2024 Jaylen Crews (Warriors TBT)With all the athleticism he already possesses, it’s scary to think about where he’ll be in a few years as his body matures and he hits the weight room. The quickness and explosiveness is there accompanied by some playmaking ability, he came away with some crafty finishes rising above the opponents, which included some impressive dunks in transition
2023 Ramaj Williams (Carolina Zoom)I don’t think I saw a more fluid ball-handler all day. Ramaj seemed to have the ball on a string, but never getting too fancy with it. His court vision is elite, especially in transition as he passed his teammates open with lead passes up the court. He also can put the ball in the while himself, using his quick handles to blow by defenders on his way to the bucket
