The Queen City Showcase in Rock Hill this weekend is going to be off the charts.  With talent all on the floor, livestreams streaming the games, and a ton of coverage from Phenom Hoops, this is going to be one of the best events to start the travel ball season.

That is why we wanted to get a leg up on it, as we spoke to several coaches that will be bringing their teams to South Carolina this weekend.  Below, we look at a few players that you may want to check out on the court, whether you are a college coach, a scout, or a fan.

Check out a few names below for each team.

Team: VA Havoc ROA Gray

Ayrion Journette – 2022/ 6’1
Coach’s Thoughts: A quick and shifty guard with the ability to score on every level and consistently make the right play. His explosiveness makes his transition offense a nightmare for defenders and an asset on defense. He’s mentally tough and will not hesitate to match up with anyone.

Jayson Easton – 2022/ 6’5
Coach’s Thoughts: An all-around scorer with a strong base. Because of his physicality, he’s able to play the stretch defensively as well as offensively. His basketball IQ combined with his toughness makes him a great two-way player.

Patrick Clevenger – 2022/ 6’6
Coach’s Thoughts: An essential player on any team for doing all the things other players don’t want to do. He has the shooting touch to shoot 3s and finish inside. His great footwork and toughness make him a tough matchup on both ends of the floor.

Owyn Dawyot – 2022/ 6’2
Coach’s Thoughts: aggressive finisher that can score on all 3 levels. Strong physical player that can defend all positions. His mental and physical toughness helps him compete on both ends of the floor.
