The Queen City Showcase in Rock Hill this weekend is going to be off the charts. With talent all on the floor, livestreams streaming the games, and a ton of coverage from Phenom Hoops, this is going to be one of the best events to start the travel ball season.
That is why we wanted to get a leg up on it, as we spoke to several coaches that will be bringing their teams to South Carolina this weekend. Below, we look at a few players that you may want to check out on the court, whether you are a college coach, a scout, or a fan.

Dequadre Currence: 2025/5’8”/PG
Currence knows how to get to the basket. Requires help defense when on the court. From the floater, mid-range, and occasionally three-pointer, he is a defense nightmare.
Cameron Higgins: 2025/5’11”/ SF
Higgins has a great wingspan and is multidimensional on the court. He can shoot, drive, and bang the boards.
Osvaldo Hayes: 2025/6’3”/ F
Hayes plays team ball and is exciting around the rim. Moves up and down the court well. Can consistently knock down the mid-range jumper and free throws.
Ayden Davis: 2025/5’11”/SF
Davis will always be the hardest worker on the court. Can hit the three and midrange. Attacks the boards well.
