We tuned in on Tuesday for an early showdown between EE Smith and Westover. Westover was looking to continue their winning ways while EE Smith was looking to notch their second win on the season. Westover came out strong early in the first quarter, helping secure a 16-8 lead after the first quarter. Their defense, especially their zone, created some havoc for EE Smith early but the Golden Bulls started to get some outside shots to fall and also create some opportunities with their defense. Westover led by 15 points in the second quarter before EE Smith played well to end the first half, as Westover led 29-21 at halftime.
