Raising Young Men 2022 Dontavious Pettaway can flat out play. Shot the ball well and really got inside the lane. A really active defender that has the athleticism to pick up 94 ft. Plays extremely well in transition and has the athleticism to finish above the rim. Scored from all three levels and really created for his team. College Coaches need to pay attention to this kid, he will definitely be a good one.
Raising Young Men 2022 Quinton Mitchell shot the ball extremely well and really orchestrated for his team, setting everybody up in a position where they could score. He scored at all three levels and led the game in scoring. His change of pace and craftiness made him extremely hard to guard. Really quick and uses that to his advantage on both sides of the ball, having multiple steals throughout the game. Gets into the lanes and looks to create for his team, a very unselfish player who lets the game come to him. Look for his stock to rise very soon.
Team Loaded 704 16U Richard Black (2022) is extremely crafty and quick. Plays the game at his own pace and changes speed very well. Got into the lane the entire game and finished through contact consistently. Shot the ball well from all three levels of the court. Defensively he is extremely scrappy and is a ball hawk, led the game in steals, and picked up 94ft. Brought the intensity and energy to his team. Natural leader and playmaker! Really good two-way guard that will see his stock rise very soon.
Mint Hill Lakers Elite 17U Khalil Brantley (2021) was phenomenal today. Really high scoring guard with the handle, craftiness, and skill to be a really good player at the next level. Poured in 42 points as he torched the defense from the three. His range on his jumper is tremendous as he dropped two threes from almost halfcourt. Very hard to stay in front of and was unguardable. He is a name that Division 1 Colleges should definitely have on their list. The kid will win you a lot of games, and make you very happy! More offers will be coming in for him after this weekend!
NC Gators Richardson 16U Nolan Hodge (2022) is a very long and athletic kid. His length allows him to be a very active defender; paired with good timing he blocked shots well and always had a hand in the passing lane. Attacks the rim very well and looks to finish through contact. Plays very well in transition and is a good decision-maker on the break. Has a really good pull up jumper as well that he used multiple times. Gets to his spot with ease and is smooth with the ball. As he continues to develop and add muscle to his body, look for his stock to rise. Is a potential LM Division 1 Prospect!
