Fayetteville, NC – Local high school programs will face off against nationally ranked players and teams as Lucas Moore Realty and Phenom Hoop Report will again partner to host the 3rd Annual Hoops and Dreams Showcase, at Methodist University. The event will be November 29-30, tickets will go on sale the day of the event and be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Hoops and Dreams Showcase has built the reputation of being a must-see event, not only because of the talent on the floor but the celebration of the Fayetteville community. You will find local business vendors along the entrance hallway, you will have Fayetteville Native DJ Ricovelli keeping the crowd hype and you will have the best in local private school talent, testing their mettle against some the best programs in the country.

In all 19 programs will be playing in the Hoops and Dreams Showcase. Locally, Village Christian, Northwood Temple, Freedom Christian, Trinity Christian, Cape Fear Christian, and Fayetteville Christian will be taking the floor. Other North Carolina teams, such as defending state champions Farmville Central and Greenfield School will play, along with the likes of Liberty Heights, Cape Fear Academy, GRACE Christian, Moravian Prep, Word of God, Pender, Burlington School, Wayne Country Day, Piedmont Classical and Combine Academy from the Hoop State.

This year’s Hoops and Dreams Showcase will have an international feel as Rothesay Netherwood School (Nova Scotia, Canada) and will join Top 5 ranked Huntington Prep (West Virginia) as out of state teams.

Max Preps has 5 teams in this event ranked among its Top 100 teams int he country with Huntington Prep (#5), Combine Academy (#35), Moravian Prep (#42), Farmville Central (#72) and Word of God (#90 all competing.

North Carolina is referred to as the Hoop State, throughout the country. This is not only because of the basketball players who come from North Carolina but also the incredible basketball atmospheres and events played in North Carolina. Players in this year’s Hoops and Dreams Showcase are committed to the programs you watch on TV, throughout the season, with pledges made to Duke, NC State, Michigan State, Michigan West Virginia, Baylor, Vermont, NC Central and Wake Forest throughout the field.

Every year the Hoops and Dreams Showcase plays in front of capacity crowds as Division 1 prospects, and sometimes pros, are spread across every roster. This year there will be thirteen players ranked by national services will be participating in the Hoops and Dreams Showcase. Also,  three teams, Huntington Prep, Moravian Prep and Word of God, are currently ranked among the top programs in the country.

The 3rd Annual Hoops and Dreams Showcase is also incredibly excited to announce a partnership with The Hoop State Network to live stream games. The Hoop State Network is the most skilled streaming app on the market, with a heavy emphasis on showcasing North Carolina in the most qualified manner. The number of eyes who will be fixated on Fayetteville, North Carolina for this two-day event will be immense.
