In a grueling match up in the SEC Gold game we saw Team F.L.Y. and the Greensboro Warriors unsigned team battle it out for the crown. In the end a deep Team F.L.Y. squad team outlasted a late run to retain their lead and ultimately the title 75-72.
Greensboro, NC- This match up was intriguing because the make of these squads were similar as well as their playing styles, it was good team basketball being played. Both squads play hard on both ends, this was a fast paced game that saw majority of the points come from the paint. Division II coaches should be all over these squads, there is late value to be added and several diamonds in the rough are still available.
