If there is one player who can really “jazz” things up for Northside Christian this season, it will be the play of 5’9 junior Chris Martin. He has excellent quickness and speed and we absolutely loved his court vision and passing ability, although some of his passes carried a high risk factor.
In the open court, Martin’s head is constantly up looking to make the pitch ahead pass to open teammates. He has a certain degree of flair that will definitely be entertaining to watch.
Martin will have the ability to play both team facilitator and also score when needed. He has a good shooting fundamentals and technique and will be a valuable piece to the puzzle for Northside Christian this coming season.
