Players to Watch
6’2 2016 Joseph Battle
(SC Elite)
Battle is a very good athlete and a true combo guard. He scores at multiple levels, and in transition. He also has a solid handle and pace in the half court. Battle has had a very good summer picking up multiple offers from D2 and D1 schools. Look for a good number of eyes to be on him.
Battle has offers from Maryland Eastern Shore, Chowan, and others.

6’ 2016 Bishup Walton (Team Vision)
Walton experienced somewhat of a breakout at the Phenom Hoops Challenge. He scored at will, showed a great handle, and explosion to finish above the rim. During the CP3 Live, Walton showed he can run a team. Expect eyes to be on Walton as he is very intriguing to many schools.

6’6” 2016 Jovontae Milner (Brand X)
Milner is a very unique player. He is a high level passer, and does a great job creating angles in the half court. Milner is a 3-level shot maker, who has very much picked up interest across multiple levels. It has been a quick rise as not many have heard of him prior to the NC Top 80, now at each of his games during July he has had 8-12 coaches lining the baseline. Expect the same this weekend

6’2” 2016 Zavian Jackson (Brand X)
Explosive. Zavian Jackson is an exciting downhill wing. Not only does he have a high level vertical game, but he also has solid handle in the half court. Jackson has been a hot name ever since his Ball is Life mix tape dropped from the NC Top 80. Jackson now has D1 offers and a line of coaches watching.
Jackson has been offered by Citadel, he will have many coaches watching this weekend.

6’4” Post Grad Romaeo Ferguson (Upward Stars Raleigh)
Unique is a good way to describe, Romaeo Ferguson. At a legit 6’4” he is a true point guard. He has the ball handling skills and ability to pass and handle pressure. Ferguson is also an eager multi-positional defender. Ferguson was the best player on the NCISAA 1A state champion team.
Already qualified, with his post grad year, expect Ferguson’s recruitment to take off.

6’6” 2016 Jalen Wall (NC Court Generals)
Wall experienced sort of a break out Phenom Hoops Challenge, when the long lefty shot his way onto our radar. In that event Wall had three (3) games of five (5) or more threes, a game high of seven (7). He is athletic, and has soft touch with deep range.

6’10” 2015 Alassane Seck (Team Go Hard)
Seck is a lengthy big that knows he is a big. He stays within 5-10 feet of the basket and blocks shots and rebounds. CP3 Live was our first look at Seck, after an eye opening showing during that event we are eager to see what week two looks like.

6’8” 2017 Morgan McKay (EA Prep Stars)
McKay has been on our radar since last Summer, where he showed up and performed well as a 10th grader on the 17U circuit. He has touch out to deep range, and great basketball bloodlines. Expect coaches to line up to catch a glimpse of McKay.

6’3 2016 Brett Buisson (Team Loaded 434)
Buisson is a hard-nosed gritty lead guard. He confidently scores at multiple levels and is getting a host of D3 and D2 schools recruiting him. Look for schools at that level to be courtside for each of his games this weekend.
