One of the top unsigned seniors in Georgia verbally commits to head coach Joe Dooley of East Carolina. After taking an official visit this past week to ECU, it didn't take long for the athletic and explosive wing guard to make a commitment to Joe Dooley. Tae Hardy stated, 'Coach Dooley is the right person to coach me. His background and overall connections won me over. My biggest strength is my transition game and ability to score from all three levels. I have good length and I've able to defend and get into the passing lanes. I have been underrated and over looked and look forward to prove my abilities.'

Tae has developed a stellar reputation for playing with a high motor and bringing toughness on both ends of the court. During the 2016-17 season, Tae averaged 19.5 PPG, 5.2 RPG, 2.8 SPG and 2.0 APG and led Miller Grove to a 21-9 overall record. This past season, Tae played for Believe Prep out of Athens, Tennessee.
