2025 6'0 Jamel Floyd (Va Havoc Roa)

Floyd put on a really impressive showing in the 8 am game that I saw. He is a strong, big body guard with a unique ability to bully his way to the rim. He's the type of player who's bigger and stronger than most his age and he puts it to his advantage. Everytime he caught the ball he was looking for the opportunity to get down hill. He knows how to control his body in the air at a younger age which is really impressive. The big guard has a bright future ahead of him.

2024 6'0 Tony Williams (Strong Center White)

Williams was another strong guard that played today. The combo guard is very effective in the pick and roll game, knowing exactly when to make the pass, pull up for the shot, or get to the rim and muscle his way through the defenders. Williams was shooting the ball with unmatched confidence off of the dribble and off the catch. He has a really nice step back in his arsenal that he pulled out whenever he came off the screen on multiple occasions. He is a skilled player with a high basketball IQ.

2024 6'0 Julian Mack (Elite 1)

Mack put on a scoring performance today. He picked up twenty one of his twenty nine points at the halfway mark. He was scoring on all three levels throughout the day. He has a nice stroke from behind the arc, but can also use that to his advantage and hit a one dribble pull-up or get to the rim when defenders run him off the line. His defense stands out to me. He's a quick on ball defender with active hands.

2024 6'0 Clark Landen (Va Warriors Elite)

There is no other term other than shooter to define Landen's game. He has one of the best jumpers from distance I've seen at this level. If he lets it go, nobody thinks he's going to miss. His shot is pure and he has a nice quick release. He can knock it down off the dribble, or off the catch. He knocked down eight of his ten three point attempts in the game I saw him play today. He embodies the role of a shooter and does it with unmatched skill.'

2023 6'3 Ray Robinson (NLPB 204 Evans)

Robinson is an athletic guard that was seen doing a majority of the ball handling for this NLPB team. He's quick and knows how to get downhill. He uses his quickness to get by defenders and then knows how to use his strong frame to move defenders down low. Once he gets around the rim he's a high IQ player and knows when to give the ball up or when to go up for the layup.

2024 5'9 Will Rothucker (NLPB 204)

Rothucker is a catch and shoot machine. He went on a tear in the later games today. In the game I watched he drilled six straight threes on six straight possessions. His team did a great job of finding him and he did a great job knocking the shots down. It was a really impressive performance of shooting by Rothucker.
