Player: Lenise Joseph
Class: 2027
Height: 6’0
AAU: Carolina Hornets
At the Phenom Lady Rumble, we had another great opportunity to check out one of the top talents in the state of North Carolina and one that we believe should be nationally ranked. 2027 Lenise Joseph, who is coming off a huge season at North Meck, is looking strong once again early on this summer with the Carolina Hornets as she will be a must-see prospect for college coaches.
We have talked extensively about her game over the years and she continues to impress, as she continues to add more and develop as a prospect. Joseph has such a unique feel for the game with her size and impact on the court. She is such a dominant player down in the paint, as she displays great touch and feel but she has only added more to expand her game. Joseph runs the floor well, showing more of her face-up game, and is such a dominant force on the glass to create extra opportunities. Defensively, she is a warrior on the glass and alters so many shots for her team. Again, she has proven time after time that she is a clear D1 prospect and I expect her to have a HUGE summer with college coaches swarming the baselines to check her out.
What Was Said:
“2027 Lenise Joseph (Carolina Hornets) is such a terrific prospect! Elite level talent and production, efficient, tough, and such a dominating piece on the court. HM schools should be recruiting her hard.”
“Once again, 2027 Lenise Joseph (Carolina Hornets) is an absolute FORCE on the court. She looked terrific again today, dominating down in the paint, finishing and showing touch, has clearly added more to her game, and excellent on the glass and defensively.”
“Playing up an age group, Lenise Joseph was a dominating presence on the floor. She rebounded with authority, protected the rim, and made life difficult for opposing offenses. Her strength, timing, and physicality stood out on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she finished well through contact and continued to showcase strong hands and footwork around the basket. Joseph’s presence and production continue to elevate her as one of the top frontcourt prospects in her class.”
