Well, his recruitment has only continued to rise, and Johnson is now gearing up for what he hopes to be a big summer.  Johnson will be running with Paul George Elite 16u EYBL, as he is excited to earn more exposure and college opportunities.

“I want to show that I can score on all 3 levels and be a leader and an all-around complete player that can handle pressure and make my teammates better,” Johnson said.

Speaking though of college opportunities, Johnson has added three new offers from St. John’s, TCU, and Mississippi State, all programs he is excited to learn more about.

“All of them really excite me, knowing that high major schools are interested,” he replied.  “I know that they all have good coaching staffs and all of their playing philosophies are good.”

Those three offers now join a list that also includes New Mexico State, Southern Utah, Georgia, Duquesne, and Arizona State.  Johnson also said he was receiving interest from Memphis, USC, and a few others.
