Last season, Marcus Brown and Jahmir Brown really started to capture the eyes of many with their play and role at Northside Christian Academy.' Both played a pivotal role in the program on their way to making a deep run into the playoffs but it is just the start for these two brothers.

When you watch their game though, they play different styles on the court but they also feed off each other.

For Marcus, he is a 6'5 guard that uses his size and athleticism well on both sides of the ball.  He showed that consistently this past weekend in Rock Hill at the Queen City Showcase.  Marcus locks in on the defensive end and gets north/south on the offensive end, finishing around the rim or with his mid-range.  He also is able to finish through contact or get to the line, something he showed on multiple occasions.

At the Queen City Showcase, Marcus finished with outings of 13 points, 23 points, 21 points, and 20 points for Team Charlotte 15u.' All of his points came inside the arc or from the free-throw line.'

For Jahmir, he plays more of the role of combo guard with his ability to find teammates, push the pace, and showing his handles while also being a reliable shooter.  He has a strong built to go with his game, and with his ability to handle, it allows him to get to the rim but also find his spots to knock down from mid-range and from three.

The two brothers were two leaders on the court for Team Charlotte 15u for the Queen City Showcase.  With the experience they earned last year and continuing to elevate their game through the summer, Marcus and Jahmir will quickly be names mentioned with some of the best in a loaded 2023 class for North Carolina.
