Lady Phenom wants to continue to bring recognition around the state and region, as players continue to announce their commitments. We wanted to shed more light on another recent commitment, as 2023 Madison Self from East Lincoln, announced that she would be committing to the University of South Carolina Beaufort, as she will be playing under legendary coach Sharon Versyp.
Self officially announced her commitment back in March. And she is coming off a tremendous season in which she helped East Lincoln reach the 3A Championship. On the season, she averaged 8.7ppg, 7.7rpg, 2.5spg, and 1.6 apg as a senior, and this is coming off an impressive junior campaign in which she averaged a double-double.
