Many might not know the name yet but they should start jumping on board with 2022 6'10 Brandon White from North Rowan. Phenom Hoops has been on deck to watch White a couple of times already and he has moved into the Top-25 of the 2022 rankings.
But this may only be the start for White as there is a lot to like in what the big man can bring and continues to develop in on the court.
On Tuesday, White received his first two offers in his recruitment, his first one coming from Virginia Tech and the next coming from Western Kentucky just hours after.
Phenom Hoops reached out to White to learn what each staff had to say when they offered. Here is what he informed us with.
Virginia Tech: 'They called me and heard that I was running things down there and he said he loved my game and would love to give me my first offer.'
Western Kentucky: 'They were losing big's and that I was the best they have seen, so they want to offer me.'
White also mentioned that schools like Tennessee have expressed some interest as well.
White has a ton of tools that you don't always see in a big man of his size. With his blend of mobility, length, and power along the inside, this certainly won't be the last time you will be hearing his name around the state and in the recruiting world
