Under head coach Mike Wright, one thing can be for sure.  He is going to put his players first in hopes to get them to the next level; he has said it time after time to us at Phenom Hoops and his resume shows it.  So, when it was announced earlier in the year that 2021 6’9 Isaac Farah was going to be playing for him at Liberty Heights, we knew it was going to help him greatly in achieving his dreams.

But rewind back to when we first saw Farah at the South Carolina Phenom 150, where he was by far the best player on the court, averaging nearly 40 points throughout the event. He was dominant using his size, versatility, speed, and feel inside and out on the court to take over each game; it was quite a showing and one that still sticks in the back of our heads.

Fast forward to today, Farah is now playing a national schedule with one of the top teams in the region, and his recruitment continues to rise. When speaking to Farah recently, he said that he is enjoying his time in North Carolina and with his team.

“I’ve been doing great,” he told Phenom Hoops.  “Loving North Carolina.  It’s been a lot of fun (playing at Liberty Heights).  I feel like I have been getting stronger and better each day.”

And it can be seen… on a bigger stage, which benefits Farah overall and with playing at the next level.

Right now, he holds offers from IUPUI, Tusculum, and Limestone but he should be garnering more attention with the skillset he brings to the table along with his size.

That is why it will be interesting in the coming months who joins in, as Farah recently told Phenom Hoops schools like University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Central Michigan, College of Charleston, Kent State, UNC-Asheville, and a few other schools have been recently making contact with him.

“They have been saying how much they like my versatility, footwork, and size,” Farah said.

Farah is certainly one to continue to watch, as he continues to put in the hard work to develop as a player. And his recruitment should continue to rise the more he gets on the floor this season with Liberty Heights.
