It seemingly only took a matter of time for a program to notice 2021 6'9 Dante Kiesenhofer from Holly Springs and pull the trigger with an offer.  Hofstra was the school to do just that, giving him his first offer in his recruitment.

Kiesenhofer is a big that moves really well for his size and possesses a skill set that is only continuing to develop.  He is able to initiate the offer, knock down jumpers from the perimeter, and battles on the boards really well.

These may just be a few of the reasons why Kiesenhofer has the attention of multiple schools right now.

But again, Hofstra was the first to jump on board and he couldn't be more excited about the opportunity.

'It was a blessing to receive and offer from them.' Talking to them and getting to know one of their staff members Speedy Claxton, an NBA vet.' They didn't' really give me a specific piece they liked about my game, he just said he knows I'm a hard worker.'

They have been on him for a short time so far but other schools have been showing interest in him as well.  Schools like Charlotte, Elon, UNC-Wilmington, Arkansas, College of Charleston, UNCG, and Murray State have all been in contact.

'All of them have texted me pretty recently and they've been showing me their campus and would love to start recruiting me,' he said.

During this time though, Kiesenhofer is continuing to work and improve his game while he can at the time, looking to improve his speed, change of direction, and his face moves.  But it looks like the big from Holly Springs could be the next to be recruited from the program.
