Big Ten programs have been all around 2021 6'6 shooting guard Luke Goode from Indiana, as he has racked up multiple offers from schools in the conference, along with others.

His latest offer though came from the Spartans of Michigan State back in mid-January, an offer he really appreciates and a program that he has been impressed by.

'Michigan State is a legendary program and coach by a legendary coach, so getting an offer was a blessing,' Goode told Phenom Hoops recently.  'I went to the Michigan State vs. Rutgers game and liked the Breslin Center a lot and how the team played.

The staff has been saying how I fit well into their system and my shooting, IQ, and length will translate into the college game well.  I really appreciated the fan base at Breslin and how all the players interact with Coach Izzo; it really had a family feel.'

Michigan State now joins Louisville, Northwestern, Illinois, Xavier, Maryland, Iowa, Butler, and IUPUI in the race for Goode.

The Cardinals of Louisville was the offer that came before Michigan State and also is a program that he has developed a solid relationship with and also visited.

'Coach Mack has created a good relationship with me and stays in touch frequently,' Goode said. 'Louisville is a great ACC program and to get the offer was pretty cool. They are having a good year and I got to see them against Michigan. 22,000 people for a college basketball game was very cool to see. The fanbase at Louisville is really dedicated to their team and the rest of the city as well.'

Right now, Goode would say that the schools that are recruiting him the hardest are Louisville, Xavier, Michigan State, Northwestern, Marquette, Maryland, and Stanford, with most of them emphasizing the fact that his game would translate well at the next level, especially with him being 6'6 and a shooter.

Goode mentioned that he is looking for a school with a winning program and a program that he could fit really well in as a freshman.

He has already taken officials to Northwestern and Maryland and will be taking officials on February 21.  Goode has also unofficially visited Michigan State, Illinois, and Louisville this season.

Right now though, he mentioned that he will take three officials during his junior year most likely and has now time table of when he might narrow down or commit.
