One of the more underrated guards in the state of Georgia, 2021 6'3 Christian Wright is quickly reminding everyone about his ability and game on the court.  This is a young man that averaged nearly 20 points per game as a junior before missing his entire season due to a torn labrum.

But, with Wright back on the court, he quickly attracted the eyes of our scouts, most recently at the Phenom LIVE.  Wright is an incredible all-around guard that gets it done offensively and defensively.  On multiple occasions, he would allow his defense lead to his offense and is a scrappy defender that really can put pressure on opponents.

Offensively though, he has a great understanding of how to score on multiple levels.  Wright can create for himself, attacking defenders and finishing through contact but also be an effective player off the ball, knocking down shots with his jumper.  He has a really good balance in his game between scoring and being a team player, finding his teammates as well.

Missing an entire year, many may have forgotten what Wright brings to the table.  Before then, his game helped earn offers from schools like Georgia Tech, TCU, and St. John's.

But now, back on the court, Wright is proving once again how big of a piece he could be for a team at the next level.

Coach’s Thoughts (The Skill Factory Rob Johnson):

“In my opinion, he is the best 2021 guard in the state Of Georgia. One of the best in the class as far as being college ready. Makes advances reads, excellent 1-on-1 and defender. Had 18 steals in 4 games over the weekend (at Phenom LIVE). Averaged 20.4ppg for me as a junior before missing his entire senior season with a torn labrum. 1500 point scorer. Had offers from Georgia tech, TCU, St. John's before his injury. He's a complete guard who will be ready to play on Day 1 and is good enough to start for teams now
