Each and every time Phenom Hoop Report gets to report or sees a commitment from a player we have seen over the years, it is always a fantastic day.  It is great to see players achieve their goal to play at the next level and it is such a great accomplishment for that player.

Here is the latest commitment.

Player: Ivan Misic
Class: 2020
Committed to: Bentley University

What the Player Said:

Q: What made Bentley the place for you in the end'

Misic: I chose Bentley because it is the perfect blend between academics and athletics, as they are the best academic D2 school in the country with a stellar business program, which is what I'd like to pursue.  The connection between the coaching staff was very effortless and made it the best choice for me going forward.

Q: What do you think you will be able to bring to the program on the court'

Misic: Definitely feel like I'm a swiss army knife kind of player that whatever coach needs me to do out on the court to give the best chance to win, I'll do it.' I feel like I can communicate very well defensively and know my rotations because of how well I've been coached.' I can really space the floor for us next year.' Making plays by bodying up smaller defenders and driving by defenders my size and taller.

Q: What are you going to be working on this summer'

Misic: Always feel like I can work on my body especially now with the transition into the college level as the game is much more physical.' Skill-wise, working on my game all around and focus on guard-type drills will make me prepare to make an immediate impact.

What Has Been Said from Phenom Hoops:

'He's long, wiry, and displays a quality amount of face-up skills, allowing him to cause mismatches against opposing forwards/posts. Misic shoots it well from mid-range and beyond the arc, can put the ball on the floor to attack, and has pretty nice vision'especially for his size.' ' Jeff Bendel in Nov. 2019

'He can score effortlessly and has a really good understanding of the game. He finished with 20 points and showcased the ability to score from all three levels. In addition, Misic has the ability to put the ball on the floor and create his own shot. While he may not be overly athleticism, he is really crafty and does know how to play the game.' ' Rick Lewis in 2018
