6'8' Patrick Williams (West Charlotte/Team United)
Recently, many people have been surprised by Patrick Williams' ascension to national stardom in the Class of 2019. Anyone who has followed Team United or West Charlotte over the last calendar year knew this was inevitably going to happen, but it was merely a question of when, not if, Williams would take that next step. He has always displayed such an innate feel for the game, which has helped him become one of the smoothest scorers in the Hoop State. Well, the time is now, and his breakout has been quite similar to Wake Forest-signee Jaylen Hoard, who went on this same tear one year ago. Now that Williams has developed his alpha-mentality, his upside is truly enormous and he should be one of the most coveted wings in the country.

6'8' Jae'lyn Withers (North Mecklenburg/Team Loaded NC)
After a disappointing finish to his junior season at North Mecklenburg, Jae'lyn Withers has opened up the travel ball season with Team Loaded NC by consistently showcasing his ability as a high-level prospect. The 6-foot-9 Withers is a walking mismatch, given his perimeter skills and ability to score around the basket, but he's shown more toughness while continuing to expand his intriguing skillset. He has built a strong foundation for what should emerge as a breakout summer, especially considering how many offers he's already collected since April.

6'8' Greg Gantt (Trinity Christian/Team Felton)
There have been very few players who have enjoyed the last six months more than 6-foot-9 combo forward Greg Gantt. It appears many people have become enamored with Gantt throughout his gradual transition to the perimeter, but rarely can anyone match his motor and relentlessness on the glass, where he's the most effective. Defensively, Gantt is an absolute menace, given his length and ability to switch across four positions quite comfortably. He has all the tools to have success at the highest collegiate level, however, it'll be interesting to see which program secures Gantt and which forward spot they'll feature him at.

6'6' Audiese Toney (Trinity Christian/Team Felton)
After performing at a consistently high level over the last two years, Audiese Toney is finally beginning to get his due diligence as a recruit. The 6-foot-4 wing plays intelligent basketball and can thrive with or without the ball in his hands. Toney does so much positive while rarely making mistakes. His three-point shot has become more consistent, making him quite the complete offensive threat. Toney is comfortable playing two or three positions whenever necessary and is a reliable option as the primary ball-handler. Expect his recruitment to continually grow over the next few months, as he continues to make his case as an elite prospect in the Class of 2019.

6'4' Jalen Lecque (Christ School/The Rens)
While this list features five prospects residing in North Carolina, high-flying Jalen Lecque could easily be considered one of the biggest stock risers in the entire country. The 6-foot-4 guard has all the physical tools necessary to be a dominant prospect at the next level. Lecque is an ideal prospect to operate the pick-and-roll and has displayed the ability to make plays for himself or others inside the arc. While Lecque is among the most athletic players in the country, a spike in his three-point consistency will vault him into an elite group of 2019 prospects. He has as much upside as anyone in the country, but only time will tell how special Lecque can be.
