This was the first championship of the day and boy was it a good one. Two young teams going at it and leaving it all out there. Team Official came away with the halftime lead 27-22 behind 15 first-half points by Darnerian Gibson but Amari Phillips played lights out in the second half, while Quan Pittman and others stepped up for Kings Elite. Team Official never went away, clawing their way with a late chance to tie but came up short.
